Positive: -Fantastic View from Kitchen, Balcony and even the bath -Big Appartment

Negative: -It was necessary to wait minutes for warm water in shower and it never became hot, only warm. In summer it may be irrelavant but we were in october -Many light bulbs are cold white. It gives a uncozy feeling. It would be very easy to change to brigther and warm white light bulbs to make it better -Appartment is a bit cold in october
