Positive: Location was good. Dont remember seeing in description about steepness and steps. I found out when I asked but I’d paid. The staff were excellent with communication.Prompt replies

Negative: The settee was uncomfortable to sit on.Facilities dated but adequate.

Summary: I wasn’t comfortable in sitting area but bed room fine. Area was lovely and communication very good
