Newly built in 2014 and situated in the traditional village of Loutra, the atmospheric Loutra Villas (Villa Mikhail and Villa Alexandra) with luxurious eccentric overtones stand alongside vineyards and olive groves and offer beautiful views, just a short 5 minutes drive to beach. Villa Alexandra is a two-storey villa, covering 125 m², built using the latest bioclimatic construction techniques which allows for energy saving and less environmental pollution. The villa combines traditional architecture with modern design, offering all the necessary facilities and can accommodate 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms, and up to 7 guests if necessary. Layout Ground Floor The interior of the Villa has been equipped to a high standard. Entering the Villa the plan area welcomes you to the cosy living room with direct access to the veranda, providing free wi-fi , an LCD satellite TV (Including Greek TV Channels) and a collection of DVDs and board games, along with a beautiful open fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a self-catered holiday, as well as an indoor dining with direct access to the veranda, where the outdoor dining area is located. A bedroom with 2 single beds which exits to the garden, as well as a bathroom with shower cabin are also available on this level.
