Situated close to Lakithra village, the red roof tops and traditional Ionian colours of the houses of Sarlata are surrounded by greenery, mainly olive groves interspersed by tall cypress trees that stretch all the way down to the coastline. A couple of restaurants in Lakithra are a 5 minute drive as is a mini-market and the beaches of Minies and Ammos are also a 10 - 15 drive away. The interiors of the one storey villa are stylish and impressive, with a main living, dining and kitchen area open plan design, boasting patio doors opening onto the swimming pool terrace. The king size and twin bedrooms also open out onto the terrace and each have an en suite shower room. The quality of the decor is second to none, boasting neutral shades of grey, white, taupe and peach that emphasise the cobalt blue of the sea and sky, and a charming minimalism that creates a calm, peaceful ambience. The shower rooms have a great quality with marble, chrome and glass and there is a traditional high ceiling for the rooms that keep them cool in the Kefalonian sunshine.
