The ground floor consists of 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with large bathtub. There is air-conditioning in the hall.

The ground floor level has access to a private patio leading to the private garden, with outdoor furniture to enjoy quiet and relaxing evenings and space for the kids to run around and play.
