The villa has large spacious terraces and balconies with various outdoor sitting corners and magnificent views. There is a local bus service to and from Rhodes town, 800 meters away from villa. The closest large supermarkets are 5 minutes drive away from the villa.

It is only 10 minutes driving from the fascinating city of Rhodes and its Medieval Town, the yachting harbour and just 15 min driving from Rhodes’ International Airport. The Villa is located 10 minutes driving from the nearest beach (5 km from Kalithea Beach, 7 km from Faliraki Beach and 10 km from famous Anthony Quinn Beach). The villa is 900 m from Euromedica General Hospital and 2 kms from Koskinou Village, built at the top of a hill overlooking the east coast of Rhodes.
