Αποτελείται από ισόγειο και πρώτο όροφο με εσωτερική σκάλα, ιδανικό για 2 - 7 άτομα που περιλαμβάνει 2 υπνοδωμάτια, 2 μπάνια, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, σαλόνι, τραπεζαρία και μεγάλο μπαλκόνι.
