We are located 15 minutes from Chania Crete, in the area between Modi and Platanias, in a 7000square meter property that accommodates up to 6 people.
There are 2 bedrooms, 2 small bathrooms with shower, 2 double beds and 1 single bed and a sofa-bed in the living room. There is an a/c of 24000btu in the living room, an energy efficient fireplace for the winter, a big refrigerator, a dish washer and a clothes washing machine.
Tranquility but also easy access (5 minutes by car) to everything you need (food, bars, beaches). Ideal Location for excursions anywhere in the Prefecture of Chania and western Crete generally.
Suitable for the summer but also for the winter time as there is an aircondition but also central heating and a fireplace.

The space is cheerful, warm, elegant, simple, with personal taste and home atmosphere.
Ground floor, no stairs anywhere, cool in the summer and warm in the winter. It is in the middle of a large estate with olives, vegetables, citrus fruits and free range hens.
We, the Mavrogenis Family, live upstairs. We do not use external cleaning services and take care of the place ourselves. Eleni cooks traditional cretan recipes for the family and very often she offers them to our guests.
We will help you with everything you need during your stay and, if you wish, we will give you detailed information about where to go during your stay.
20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car to the beach and the bus stop to Chania, Kissamos, Elafonisi and Falassarna. 20 minutes drive to Chania Old Town, 15 minites to the port, 35 minutes to the airport, 40 minutes to Falassarna Beach, 30 minutes to Kissamos to catch the boat to Balos. Also 45 minutes from the White Mountains and the Famous Samaria Gorge.
Fully equipped house, with two bedrooms, two small but functional bathrooms with shower, a single kitchen/dining/living area and, of course, access to the farm's fresh vegetables and eggs from our free range hens.
This estate was created to satisfy the host's need for a life in contact with nature.
Visitors come to us to find peace and enjoy watching the farming processes of Mavrogenis Family (olive, citrus and vegetables).
If you like walking or cycling, there are easy or difficult itineraries to choose from. There are some rent-a-bicycle shops that you can reach on foot (20 minutes) or by car (5minutes).
