This villa is built at the lower level of the Cavani Villas Complex and features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and one with two single beds that can be joined as one, a balcony in each bedroom, a large bathroom as well as an open plan kitchen and living room area with a sofa bed that turns into a double bed and spacious verandas all around offering beautiful views of the garden and pool as well as the surrounding olive groves.
Outside you will find a private swimming pool, a BBQ area and an underground garage. This villa also features a children’s play area and can accommodate 4+2 people.
