The stone-built villa of 200m² is nestled right alongside the wild Mediterranean landscape and overlooks the lovely bay of Souda. The building's plot totals 3.700m²and is surrounded by wild vegetation, some endemic Cretan herbs, olive trees, citrus trees, tropical plants and a vineyard.
The area of Akrotiri became widely famous, when the shooting of the award-winning movie "Zorba the Greek" took place there, back in 1964.
The villa is quite spacious, has four (4)bedrooms and accommodates up to nine (9) people. Benefiting from mesmerizing views of the mountainous backdrop and the enchanting Cretan sea, this villa is the ideal solution for those looking to spend their vacation in Crete, as it is just 7,5km away from the city of Chania and the Old Venetian Harbor. Each bedroom is fully-furnished and has its own closet. An extra baby cot can be placed in two of the bedrooms upon request. The second floor also consists of two more bathrooms with a handy washing machine.
As mentioned above, the kitchen is fully equipped; A dishwasher, a large freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a juicer and an electric oven is at the guest's disposal.
The outdoor space is covered in grass (300m²), where a stone garden of native vegetation is also available.
