A Luxury Beachfront Villa, located in the north part of the island, in the beautiful area of Roda, 35km from Corfu town.
It was built with ample space whilst keeping in mind that privacy is the most luxurious comfort of all. It offers 4 acres of private garden with an outdoor heated pool, a Jacuzzi, sun beds and garden furniture along with private parking.
For those who don't feel like staying inside, there is a fully equipped BBQ area with a dinning room for 12 with tents protecting you from the sun while letting you enjoy the good weather of Greece.
Entering the Villa you will find a spacious living room with a 55” flat screen 3D cable TV and decorative fireplace. You can grab a bite or have a feast in the dinning room enjoying direct views to the beautiful garden and the mesmerizing Ionian sea. As for the remaining spaces, there are 2 Bedrooms on the ground floor. One Master Bedroom with King size bed, a 32” TV and en suite Bathroom, and 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds plus its own WC and Shower. Moving up to the next floor, you have another Master Bedroom with the same features as below plus 2 Bedrooms with twin beds and each with their own showers and WC. There is A/C throughout.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, dinnerware, utensils and cooking accessories required for a lovely meal at home. Indoor, the Dining area comfortably seats up to 12 persons. Outdoor, our fully equipped BBQ area offers al fresco dining for 12 with tents protecting you from the sun while letting you enjoy the sea breeze over a lovely meal.
Outside, the Heated Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi are surrounded by sleek chaise lounges and lots of umbrellas for all-day lounging, along with a ping-pong table for some fun competition. All guests can access the private Gardens, Car Park, BBQ, and numerous outside seating / lounge / patio areas, over a glass of wine and a book.
