Villa Nita is set on a 4. 000 sq meters plot of land with a view of the Bay of Vourkari and a small bay with three sandy beaches. The villa is on two levels and tastefully decorated, giving one a calming and relaxing feeling. The views towards the sea and the small picturesque marine of Vourkari are both breathtaking. On the upper level there is a large living room with a dining room, again offering an amazing view of Vourkari and the sea. Next to the dining area is a fully equipped kitchen that leads onto the outside dining area, where 12 to 14 people can easily sit. On this level there is a large master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a bathroom. From the living room there are stairs leading down to the lower level that comes out on the garden, on this level there is one bedroom with an e-suite bathroom, two more bedrooms with one bathroom.
The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.
Facilities: 3 master bedrooms with double beds and en- suite bathrooms with showers. One bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds and one bathroom with a shower.
