Positive: The house is outside the busy part of Paralia, it's fairly calm and quite. The main part has a big sitting area with a large kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Air conditioning is in the sitting room. It is comfortable and spacious, we enjoyed it very much. There is another room that opens from the veranda. It is very big, there is a sitting part, a study area and and a double bed on the gallery. There is no air conditioning here, but the floor is covered with stone, which makes the temperature bearable even on hot days. People staying here may use the main bathroom or the second bathroom, which is in the yard. The whole house was more than enough for two adults and our two big children. Our teenage daugther just loved being separate from us and didn't mind either the lack of AC or having to walk to the bathroom. We also loved the pavilion in the yard. There is a very big table in the shade, a BBQ and a kitchen sink. A very important reason why we rented this house was that it has its own parking space, since parking in Paralia is always difficult. The beach is very near, nice and away from the crowd. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Negative: Although we liked it, some may find it inconvenient that the third bedroom is separated. Take into consideration that the shower cabin in the house is quite small, the bathroom in the yard is more convenient. The water pump was sometimes very noisy. Adding a microwave oven to the kitchen would be nice.
