Positive: Decent customer service, very good breakfast. The swimming pool looks very nice. The room was nice, clean, comfortable bed.

Negative: breakfast only available after 8 am so only a cookie and tea/coffee/juice if you have to leave before 8 am to the airport, no discount if you don’t have breakfast. The swimming pool has beautiful lighting but you are not slowed to use it after sunset so this part was very disappointing. The shower was super uncomfortable even for a thin person like me (way way too small/narrow, if you close the curtain your body is either touching the wall or the curtain. If you open the curtain like me, feeling a bit claustrophobic and not wanting to touch the curtain, then you have a water mess in the whole bathroom). The room key is metal and heavy, it’s a beach location and no one wants to carry heavy keys, you need to update to cards.

Summary: Decent but I found better value for my money in other hotel I stayed in Santorini.
