Positive: I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The atmosphere was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and respectful. I would like to especially thank Elona at the reception for her kindness, smile, and caring attitude—she truly made my stay special. The bar staff were also very pleasant and professional. I really enjoyed the pool, and the breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options. The room was clean and comfortable. The only small improvement I could suggest would be to add a coffee machine, a bathrobe and slippers, and a hair dryer in the bathroom. Overall, everything was impeccable, and I truly enjoyed my stay. The beach is close by, only about 10 minutes on foot, which was very convenient. If I ever have the chance again, I would be delighted to return. Thank you once again for everything, and especially to Elona for being so attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring toward the guests—she is a real asset to your hotel.
