Positive: Loved the neighbourhood. Loved the pool and closeness to the beach. Restaurants and beach bars in close proximity, walking distance.

Negative: The chairs in the lounge are old and dated. The villa itself is old and needs a make over. For what you get it is expensive. The on-suite bathroom in the bedroom upstairs is old and needs uplifting. It is also very hot in this bathroom.
