Positive: There was an immediate communication with the hosts. It was a last minute book due of some issues related with a previous tenure. The room has a nice view and it is quite comfy

Negative: One of the other tenants smoked, something that I reported immediately and the building was cold (it was -5 outside of course). The bathroom had a bad smell, I think that there is a need to check the plumbs
