In a very tranquil place in the pine trees and wonderful view from veranda to the sea, to the yachts Marina and to Lavrio town and port. There are various sea sand beaches with extremely clean blue and green waters within a radius of 1.5Km from the villa.
The Villa is situated in a land of 2,000 sq m, fenced all around with remote control car entrance door. The top level of the villa of area 180 sq m is for the guests and the ground level of area 60 sq m is used by the owners.
64Km from Athens center (Acropolis). 30Km from Athens Int Airport. 2Km from Lavrio Port for trips to near islands. 50Km from Rafina Port for trips to most famous Aegean islands (Mykonos, Paros, Santorini etc).
300m from Olympic Marina (as seen in the photo view from the house) for keeping or hiring private yacht.
5Km from Sounio the place of the ancient Poseidon Temple, famous for its cosmic aura and the sunsets, as well as, of the full moon rise.
The Villa is east oriented. From the veranda the early waken guests can enjoy in a tranquility a wonderful sunrise and at nights the romantic moon rise especially of the full moon. The large veranda is all the beauty of the villa, with a big marble table and garden chairs and sun shaded for all day stay.
The private land is 2000sq m completely fenced and safe. Lots of pine trees and garden.
The land space can accommodate parking for at least 4 cars.
The Swimming pool is surrounded with plants (very privately located) for the sole use of the guests, partly covered with a basket-ball place. The swimming pool place is provided with a few deck-chairs, a bamboo shaded space with a large table to enjoy drinks and food and a small room with washing basin and cupboards.
Large fully equipped kitchen with dining table, two large sitting rooms, one combined with dinning place, the other with fire place, all rooms are air-conditioned, whole house is central heated.
There are 3 suit bedrooms with double bed, each with bathroom with shower, one is equipped with Jacuzzi bath.
Each bedroom is equipped with a small TV.
There are all facilities in the kitchen (oven, stove, microwave oven, dish washer, Large fridge, capsules coffee m/c etc). The sitting room with the dinning space has direct access to the large veranda with a big marble table for enjoying meals outside with the vast view from the veranda.
Full unlimited WiFi coverage, 40" flat TV with Greek and satellite channels, music system with CD player.
The Villa is situated approx 1.2Km from Lavrio town with lots of traditional taverns, fast foods coffee shops, market kiosks, night bars, super markets, banks, first-aid hospital etc.
Lavrio town has a wonderful port with yachts, ideal for walking, enjoy food and drinks up to late at night.
Also from this port there are regular ferries for a day visit to the near islands (Kea, Kithnos etc)
The other beautiful ancient place about 5Km from the Villa, is the place of the Poseidon Temple famous for its cosmic aura, the astonishing sunsets and the full moon celebrations, attracting hundreds of visitors from all over the world throughout the year but especially in the summer period.
