ED Refnr. 1742527 This 18th century historic mansion has been recently renovated with exquisite taste and luxury, converted into a leisure home of the Cretan countryside. It extends at 150m2 on 3 levels, with courtyard and terraces on each level, capturing panoramic views to the sea. It can accomodate 8 guests, in 3 double bedrooms and 1 couch/double bed in the Living Room of the Ground Level. The 2 double bedroom are on the ground, with 2 bathrooms and sitting rooms in front of each of them, which open to the central courtyard, copyingthe "atrium" ofAncient Greece. The grand living room is equipped with a sofa bed converted into a double bed. An outside stone chair leads to the upper level, while an interior wooden stair leads to the upper grand room which opens to a side terrace of 70m2. This room is all around open with doors and windows and functions as the main family room with sitting and eating corners, a water closet and a fully equipped, modern designed kitchen. The 3rd bedroom is in this level divided with light, wood and glass doors. The room opens to the Upper level Terrace with panoramic sea views while another outside stone stair leads to the 3rd level of the house, where a top terrace offers panoramic views to the sea and the village. The house offers WF Internet and Satellite TV. It is surrounded by walkways, thus assuring tranquility and isolation, while free Parking is allowed on widening of the main street, at the junction with the walkway leading to the house (about 50m distance). The village of ANATOLI holds its written history from Venetian times, although Byzantine chapels, in and around it, denote a much earlier origin. It has retained its medieval architectural character and its rich natural environment, while it is at close distance, 12-20 km, to some of the most beautiful, sandy, blue flag beaches of southeastern Crete.
