This 60m² maisonette is located on the first raised level of the complex and has a beautiful veranda overlooking the green gardens of the village. At the first level, entering the fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom with a marble covering and a comfortable marble staircase leading to the lower level. An old brick decorative wall separates the kitchen area of the living room which is equipped with a sofa bed that can accommodate two people and an armchair with a small secretary. In front of this sofa there is the dining area with a table, two comfortable chairs and another sofa bed that can accommodate a fifth person. This stay overlooks the veranda. On the lower level, there is a pantry with a large wardrobe, a second bathroom with marble cladding and a classic bedroom with a large bed accompanied by complete furniture and a second TV.
