Positive: The most idyllic house and garden, not to mention the hosts! We were served fresh fruit on our arrival and had the most amazing breakfast served in the garden with the perfect picturesque view. The older couple didn't speak English but were very clearly lovely people despite the language barrier. The daughter (?) however, spoke very good English and was able to help us get tickets to the Shala river with no problems, which was extremely helpful. (Note: this has nothing to do with our stay in this specific guest house but we realized much later that it is often the hotel in the Shala river that organizes these trips to location which makes more sense if you're planning to stay the night. If you planning a day trip then what we did with this guest house is perfect!). Overall, a memorable stay and would definitely come back again. The photos didn't do justice to the beauty of the place.

Negative: It was difficult to find the place using Google maps (we were driving in the dark which didn't help). The host did contact us but we didn't turn on our notifications as we were focusing on the very windy and bumpy mountain road, so getting slightly lost and driving down a steep road past the guest house was totally our fault of course haha. So definitely contact the host if you're having difficulty finding it. Other than that the only minus was a shared bathroom which didn't have hooks for towels or an extra table for a toiletry bag. A tiny thing, we loved our stay!
