Positive: We liked the breakfast, the room wasn't small, but wasn't big, it was just perfect. The underground pool was very nice and not crowded at all.

Negative: The parking wasn't fully "private", as others could park in the garage if they want to. (Although it isn't cheap)

Summary: Acceptable price for a stay at a Grand Hyatt.
