Summary: We rented 2 villas for our family of 12. We had several problems with the villas. These are our complaints: the beds were very hard; our shower in the master bathroom leaked terribly after each shower (the shower needs retiling and new grouting; one of the dishwashers didn't work and was not fixed because they didn't have parts; we had no hot water for 3 days because the water heater wasn't working; the electricity was going off and the air conditioner didn't always work; some of the electric blinds didn't work; the drip coffee machine didn't work, we bought coffee and paper liners but the machine took over one hour to work so we had to buy pods for the other machine; there was no basic supplies such as dishwasher pods, spices, matches, etc., the internet wasn't good it worked only in one small corner of the house which wasn't ideal for the teenagers and adults; the daily maid service was not what we expected Bella tried her best but she was responsible for 4 houses instead of 2; the parking was difficult because the visitors in the other 2 villas had 3 cars and a trailer for their jet skis; The location was not the best, I would not recommend this property. We paid a lot of money for these properties as we were having our 50th wedding anniversary and invited our whole family to experience Zakynthos the island where I was born. These homes did not live up to our expectations.
