Set amidst citrus trees and Butterflies, and in full view of an amazing sunrise over Mount Filerimos, the house is walking distance to the beaches along Kremasti and Ialysos. You can walk to the beach and on the way back pick up any supplies and local supermarkets.
Sailboarding and Kite-surfing is a point of interest in Kremasti. As is the vibrant festival in this village throughout July and August.
There is no shortage of supplies, and convenience stores and supermarkets are buzzing in Kremasti until the wee early hours of the morning. In fact Basilakis convenience store will deliver to the property until 3am every night.
Kremasti is a place that is living all year round, not just a summer resort, and therefore has all the amenities you would want within walking distance.
15 mins to Faliraki, 15 minutes to The Medieval Old Town of Rhodes.
You'll find everything you need for a memorable stay, including outdoor BBQ area. Salute the Sun on
the rooftop, there are sunbeds up there.
The fully-equipped dine-in kitchen and formal dining areas means Big Fat Greek Dinner Parties. Aunt Irene would be proud.

As a traveller myself, I find it very comforting that the international airport is 5 minutes away by car. You land and you begin your holiday. You don't miss your flight. And if you do, we have a reserved 2-bedroomed house on the property in case of emergency, with extra beds in storage.
The house is huge, the airport is close by, and surprisingly the house and garden is very quiet.
Central heating and a fireplace will make your winter stay so cosy you won't want to leave, and airtight doors with good air-conditioning make this the perfect retreat after gallivanting around the island of Rhodos in the heat of the Summer.
We also have a flexible waterfront piece of land in Paradeisi down the road, so if you looking for an elopement ceremony, you are more than welcome to book this villa and discuss your requirement for a seaside wedding ceremony with a sunset to die for, on a budget.
