Positive: It was a great, convenient location. Clean, modern, everything you needed for a stay including restaurants and a great view. We were in the two-story two bedroom unit. The Wi-Fi worked great. One of our friends that was staying nearby would come over an use our Wi-Fi as theirs was spotty. Our host was very attentive and available.

Negative: The lack of window coverings upstairs took some getting used to. But in hindsight, it was probably a good thing otherwise we may have slept all day. Mosquitos took us by surprise. One night we left the doors open an sunset and the wind dropped - we got bit. The windows have screens, but the doors do not. We solved this by opening the doors only during the day if the wind was blowing. Otherwise we turned on the AC if needed. The rest of the day/night mosquitos were not an issue. The wind blowing through the villa was wonderful.

Summary: I would do it again in an instant.
