The villa, which is 220sq ,meters, is located in one of the most enchanting areas on the island of Kea overlooking the Monastery of Kastriani and offering a fantastic panoramic sea view.
The villa has been built with love and care, great attention was given to each detail of the design internally and externally.
The garden is very large and well cared for with green lawns, many trees, plants and flowers, which is unusually for a Cycladic island, as they are normally quite dry islands. Various outdoor spaces have been created in the garden for breakfast, lunch, dinner, barbecue and relaxation. One of these areas is a separate outdoor space suitable for physical activities (yoga, dancing etc), relaxation and meditation of 50 sq meters, with a wooden deck, and a pergola to protect it from the hot summer sun. A swimming pool has been built, the tiles and stones surrounding the pool are due to be placed by March 2022.
The villa is on two floors, both levels coming out on to the garden. The ground floor has light and airy living room with a dining area. On this floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, a second bedroom with two single beds and a third bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom.
On the lower level, that again leads on to the garden, is the fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dining area (for ten people), one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and a small storage room.
In the garden is a guest house with a bedroom and an en-suite bathroom.
All the bedrooms and the living room have balcony doors leading to the garden.
The villa will be de-sanitized, before guests arrive and after their departure.

15 minutes by car from the Port of Kea (Korissia),the last 50 meters are a dirt road. 8 minutes drive from a super market, 12 minutes from Ioulida (the main village of the island), 10 minutes from the sandy beach of Otzia, 12 minutes (dirt road) from the beautiful sandy beach of Spathi, which has water sports, a bar/café and a restaurant. The beautiful Monastery of Kastriani is 5 minutes from the house.
