This is an elegant 170m2 maisonette, fully equipped and able to accommodate up to 8 people, close to many beaches on the popular island of Kefalonia and just minutes away from Argostoli.

On the first floor, there are two spacious modern bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a wardrobe and side tables. The second bedroom has a double bed. On the lower floor there are two more double bedrooms. All rooms are fully air-conditioned with access to a balcony on the first floor or the terrace on the lower floor.
• Bathrooms
There are two modern bathrooms. One bathroom with hydromassage bathtub is located on the upper floor and a bathroom with a shower cabin is on the lower floor. A washing machine is available. All kinds of essentials and towels are provided for the guests.
• Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern electrical appliances to help you prepare any meal of the day. The wooden dining table and chairs can comfortably accommodate six persons while the kitchen windows offer beautiful views to the garden.
• Living Room
The kitchen and living room are in one open area. There are two comfortable sofas and a coffee table. There are a TV and DVD available. If you are a wintertime visitor you can also relax and keep warm in front of the fireplace. All ground floor areas have access and view to the garden.

The maisonette is surrounded by a lawn paved garden with different trees to offer you moments of relaxation and privacy. There is a roofed terrace with a sitting and dining area ideal for enjoying your drinks, meals or just read your book.
