Positive: I loved the remote location, that it was far from noises of cars, etc. I loved that, at night the sky was like a Planetarium, the stars were glistening like LED lights. The house is really close to a beach and a restaurant, which worked well for us. The house was clean, with modern and comfortable furniture. The AC worked well and the washing machine was a real bonus! If arriving by using a satnav, head to Alikia restaurant first and then to Evaggelia's house, otherwise you might be taken onto a dirt/rock road, which is great, through the olive trees, but your rental car might be damaged. Towards the restaurant the road has solid asphalt surface.
Negative: It was strange not to have any outdoor space. Yes there is a tiny terrace with benches to have a coffee etc, but it is not suitable for sunbathing. However, I saw a lot of houses like this, so it is definitely a local thing. There was space to dry washing though!
