Our Villa in Porto Heli is a stylish family summer house, full of light, colors & natural beauty. The 180 degrees amazing sea & island view, the beautiful garden & the big swimming pool, create an atmosphere of relaxation, completeness & "peace of mind" to the visitor.
Although the house was designed following the lines of the traditional mansions of Spetses island, the experience refers more to Italian countryside.
The Villa is ideally located on the top of a hill, however, only few minutes away from beautiful beaches and Porto Cheli port where you will find nice restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, etc. Although most people prefer to spend most of their time in the Villa, we strongly recommended that you visit some of the beautiful and historic places that are easily accesible from Porto Cheli (e.g. the islands of Spetses and Hydra, the ancient theater of Epidaurus, Nafplio, the first capital of Greece amd many others.)
The Villa
The Villa includes a 2 story building of 140m2 in total, lying on a 1,000m2 lot. The house is built on a heel overlooking the port of Porto Heli & the island of Spetses as well as the Saronic gulf. The magnificent view, one of the main advantages of the Villa, is evident from all around the house.
The ground floor hosts a fully equipped kitchen (together with a large kitchen table) & the living room with a fireplace, in an open-space layout and a countryside style. A WC is also available. The ground floor provides access to the garden from various places and ample light enters the area through several openings. The front terrace has a beautiful marble dinning table, while on other sides of the house, additional sitting corners are there to facilitate relaxing times in various times of the day.
On the upper floor, 2 double bedrooms & 1 twin can sleep up to 6 adults. The two double bedrooms have access to a a large terrace with magnificent "cockpit like" view. A bathroom and a small warehouse are also available on the floor. All rooms have air-conditioning as well as ceiling fans for the hot summer nights.
Most of the furniture in the house are vintage style, creating an atmosphere of old-style countryside vacations.
A private parking is available next to the house's entrance, hosting up to 3 cars.
The Garden
The garden, mainly covered by lawn, is full of flowers & trees. It is being supervised throughout the year by professional gardeners. A beautiful patio, covered by flowers, is set on the center of the garden providing the perfect lunch and dinner setting. Additional corners allow for relaxation under the stars. Next to the patio, a built-in barbecue (with a lemon tree next to it ;) is available.
The Swimming Pool
The swimming pool, lying in front of the house, is 70m2 (12mx6m) with gradual depth. Next to the pool, sunbeds, accompanied by large umbrellas, allow for relaxation and sunbathing. At night, internal lights make the pool even more impressive. While swimming, one can also enjoy the beautiful view. An outdoor shower is also available next to the pool.

If you decide to visit us, i ll be happy to help while planning your trip and give local hints n tips with regards to isolated beaches, places to eat and sights you shouldn't miss. Also, during your stay, a French and English speaking assistant will be available to show you around the house and assit you with your vacation plans.
Some of the things to do include: 10min walk from the port of Porto Heli where numerous restaurants, cafes, bakeries and shops are available. Daily excursions to the famous islands of Spetses & Hydra, either by sea taxi (5 min to Spetses, 20 min to Hydra), or by normal (cheaper) boats. Ermioni, a very nice place for an evening or night dinner tour is just 15 min by car. Visit to the ancient theater of Epidavros (45' minutes drive)or the historic & picturesque Nafplion, the old capital of Greece (1hr drive). If you are interested in specific water sports (e.g diving, water skiing, sailing, wind surfing), those are also available in Porto Heli. However, you can always relax and enjoy the Villa ;)
