An elegant Kefalonian villa in one of the most beautiful locations in the countryside of Kefalonia! Villa Mandorla is a stylish 4-bedroom ensuite villa with a private 9 x 5 L-Shape freshwater pool and uncut panoramic views of the sea and the surroundings. The cozy provencal country-style interiors match perfectly with the rural environment and the lush landscaped gardens around the house.
It is a 4 levels accommodation, with a large open plan kitchen with dining table and comfortable sitting room all on the split level ground floor. Two bedrooms on the lower ground floor have king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with shower facilities, equipped with big closets as well as patio doors accessing the exteriors. Up the staircase, we have created a lovely honeymoon suite, featuring an en-suite closet room, fireplace, and private ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi and private terrace with fantastic sea views.
The lower level of this villa is designed as a games room (table tennis) and an assistant bedroom with two twin beds (suitable for a nanny, family assistant, or extra guests) and a bathroom. If needed also one of the sofas in the sitting room on the ground floor can be used for sleeping of 2 people.
So, the maximum occupancy of Villa Mandorla is 8 guests. However, Villa Mandorla is situated next to our 2-bedroom property, Villa Oliva, an ideal solution for larger groups wishing to stay close by but in privacy.
Built on its own grounds the villa boasts a large landscaped garden, vineyards, mature olive, lemon and almond trees, with a 9 x 5 pool, seating areas, alfresco dining, and a stone-built BBQ.
