A peacefull 2 floor farm house with fireplace at ground floor, couch/bed, kitchen and wc room. The upper floor is a spacious bedroom with an XXL oversized bed and a double couch/bed. The outside area has cedars, locusts, olive trees etc with majestic view of the bay, the Santa Nicolas city and around mountains. There is a walkway that leads to near villages so you can admire the Crete nature of land and sea. 5 minutes walking from Voulisma Golden Beach and Agios Panteleimonas Beach.
The space
It is a fairytale farm house built on rocks. On the ground floor there are the kitchen and the bathroom, which has been constructed within a cave. The toilet door is around 1.60m. On the top floor there is a bedroom with two seperate beds which can be joined together, and a double couch. The house and the outer space is the perfect place for reading, artistic activities, exercise and mental wellbeing.

This farm house is situated in an estate close both to the mountains and the beach.
It is situated in a tourist area near the beach ''Voulisma'' (5 minutes walking) and other ''lacy'' beaches as agios panteleimonas (6 min walking) and borders forestland filled with the exceptional aroma of the local herbs, bushes and trees.
The walking paths, jogging area and bike trail, all with panoramic view, lead to destinations also suitable for climbing or scaling, like the area''Vrokasto'', and the Archaeological sites "Vrokastro" and "Pirgos"
It has an off-street parking space at your disposal, where you can leave your means of transportation or caravan. It is also suitable for putting up a tent among trees, on the strong branches of which there are hoops, hammocks and swings hanging.
The area has cafes taverns and mini markets at 5 min walking.
The house is at the center of the county, near Agios Nikolaos city (less than 8 min with car)
and other cretan cities like Ierapetra (20min by car) and Siteia(1 hour).
