Positive: The villa is excellent, well equipped, luxurious and with the most incredible view! The villa manager, Barbara, is truly superb…the best we have ever dealt with, any problems were dealt with extremely efficiently. To the point whereby, the electric cut off at 1am…we messaged Barbara to see if there was a trip switch somewhere, she arrived within 15 minutes and fixed the problem…unbelievable service. Without Barbara, the issues with the electric would have really annoyed us but she made it bearable.
Negative: There are only two negatives; 1. The access drive is long and very rough…not suitable for a regular car and not sensibly within walking distance to Sivota. 2. The electric supply is unreliable…the villa is currently off-grid so the electric is from solar with a back up generator. In theory, great…in reality, it’s just not reliable.
