The space
A comfortable and fully equipped luxurious villa built on 3 levels (plus attic), accommodating a maximum of 9 guests in 3 bedrooms. The villa is decorated with elegance and style and is set on a private, beautifully landscaped turfed garden area of 150sqm.
The ground floor (or -1 level) forms a self-contained studio-apartment comprising of 1 bedroom (queen size bed), a living room area with a sofa bed (converts to a double bed), a bathroom and a small kitchenette (no cooking facility) with bar table and stools. This level accesses the garden with outdoor furniture.
The 1st floor comprises of the main living room area with large sofas, TV and fireplace, the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features an electric oven/cooktop, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, kitchenware & crockery to facilitate preparation of family meals and offers plenty of cupboard space.
The 2nd floor comprises of a queen size bedroom with TV, a bathroom and a single bedroom with workspace. A staircase leads to the attic which features another double bedroom.
There are 4 air-conditioning units overall, in each of the bedrooms and the main living room, which cool each level of the villa.
All bedrooms offer plenty of wardrobe space.
There are 2 modern bathrooms with shower.
A washing machine is available for our guests’ convenience.
