Summary: Would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be in the central area of Heraklion. The area does feel sketchy because of where it’s located but it’s a really safe area. There’s a lot of restaurants and stores that’s only a few minutes walking distance from the hotel which was nice. The hotel it self was very nice and modern, with lots of cute balcony areas to hang out in (you also have your own private balcony to enjoy as well) If you do plan on renting a car, parking is a little difficult as streets are over crowded and small, you just have get lucky finding a spot in front of the hotel, if not there are paid parking areas nearby. Giannis made our stay very enjoyable, very easy to communicate, and quick to answer our questions, and also very helpful when we were in need as we are two girls in a new country which he made us feel safe.
