Positive: The facilities are good, new and well maintained. The host is friendly and cooperative. We had some questions upon arrival which were swiftly answered with enough details. Rooms are clean and comfy and defiantly bigger than average - I'm visiting Greece at least twice per year. Bathroom was also very good, clean and properly sized. Walking distance to the beach was also a plus.

Negative: The only downside is the street noise - you have to keep windows and door to balcony closed if you want some quiet time.
