Newly renovated classic Cycladic villa (220 sq.m) with private swimming pool (55 sq.m) and magnificent panoramic view of the Aegean. The house is located within a large 5.000 sq.m plot land, full of local plants and trees, and only 700 m. walking distance from the famous Golden Beach Bay.
The villa
This double-floor, traditionally-built villa combines white walls and open spaces with wooden touches. The villa ideally hosts up to 10 persons. It consists of four bedrooms, three bathrooms plus an outdoor shower and plus additional sleeping space for 2 persons.
You will enjoy a big living room, a dining room which opens to two big verandas, a fully equipped kitchen, an independent down-floor kitchenette, a playroom, a brick barbeque space, verandas and terraces. The house also provides a storage, a laundry room, outdoor parking areas as well as a safe indoor garage.
The private swimming pool of 55 sq. m (2.20 m up to 1.00 m depth) provides a fully equipped area of relaxation and games.It is open from the beginning of May till the end of September and its use belongs exclusively to the tenants of Classic Cycladic. The three verandas and three terraces surrounding the house are the best place to have your breakfast, enjoy the magnificent view, or simply have an early drink while the sun sets.
