The villa has a garden to the left and a small orchard with pistachio and fruit trees to the right and just above the parking space is the vegetable garden. In front of the house is a long very wide veranda paved with flagstones, with a view of pistachio groves punctuated with houses which slopes down to the sea. Beyond the sea are the mountains of the Peloponnese.
The house has wooden painted floors and tall wooden beamed ceilings throughout. There is a spacious living room with a working fireplace and sliding glass doors opening to the front veranda. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Smeg stove, dishwasher, a water cooler, toaster, kettle, coffee brewer, mixer etc. There is a large wooden table that seats eight comfortably and beyond lies the corridor that leads to the utility room, bedrooms and bathrooms.
On the right is the utility room with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner etc following to the right is a bathroom with a marble shower space and a basin incased in a marble top. There is also a window looking out to the garden.
On the left are two twin bedrooms, each containing two beds, night stands, a chair, a wardrobe and an air-conditioning unit. Both rooms have windows and balcony doors opening to a veranda.
At the end of the corridor is the master bedroom with a king size bed, night stands, two dressers, an armchair, an air-conditioning unit, a large window and french doors opening to a private veranda overlooking the orchard. Just outside the en-suite bathroom are three wardrobes. The bathroom itself has a large marble shower space, the basin has a marble top, there is a large window and a glass door opening to the veranda. All bedroom windows have mosquito screens and electric mosquito repellers are provided.
The front veranda has a large marble table that seats 8-10 comfortably, there is also a sofa, armchairs and four deck chairs. Outside the twin bedrooms there is a coffee table with two chairs. On the veranda outside the master bedroom, there are two bamboo armchairs and a coffee table. In the back yard there is a wooden table with bench and chairs which comfortably seats six and on the kitchen patio there is a coffee table with chairs.
