Charming villa of 100m2 named Aliki with 2 floors, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms + 1 outdoor shower at the entrance of the house.
It is located in a complex of 5 villas which belongs to us entirely, sharing a superb infinity pool of 125m2.
The complex is located just 1km from the center of the most beautiful village in Paros named Naoussa.
Can accommodate 4 people.
On the ground floor we find a very nice living room with fireplace, a large separate fully equipped kitchen with dining table, built sofa and plasma TV. On the same level there is also a bathroom and a terrace with dining table overlooking the garden and the swimming pool.
On the first floor are two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one for each bedroom. The first bedroom communicates with the lower level with an internal staircase as well as an external staircase and there is a double bed in 150. This room has a small balcony with sea views.
The second bedroom with two single beds in 90 cm, has its own bathroom, a plasma TV and an independent entrance. The two bedrooms are separated by a terrace with sun loungers and magnificent sea views. Recommended for 2 couples or a family with teenagers.
