A stylish airy white villa with sky blue wooden shutters recently built in an elevated position amongst ancient olive groves and only five minutes from numerous beaches and coves. The charming fishing village Agios Nikolous with its taverna lined harbour also just a five minute drive.
The villa affords unrivalled open views from the large dining terrace and both bedroom balconies towards the Mediterranean whilst boasting the majestic beauty of the Taygetos Mountains to the rear and side of the property. There are no near neighbours.

This is a property which is wonderful to visit throughout the year being in close proximity of numerous archaeological sites and hiking trails.
It is also only 15 minutes from Kardymili, home to the late, great writer Paddy Leigh Fermor . A truly beautiful village with wonderful restaurants and home to both a yearly jazz and literary festival, attracting visitors and contributors from all over the world.
The wild spring flowers are a sensation and make an early visit well worthwhile. Eating out is a joy and very reasonable, the proprietors always cheery, helpful and extremely friendly, their English shamefully good!
The house is 1 hour 15 minutes from Kalamata airport which is open from April through to October. In winter months fly to Athens. It’s an amazing new road with very little traffic through wonderful scenery and passing numerous important sites including Mycenae , Epidaurus and ancient Corinth. This journey takes 4 hours.
