Sleeping up to 21 guests in 10 bedrooms, Villa Pangea with its extensive lawned gardens and private pool is the perfect choice for large families, groups of friends, reunions, and for all those who want to live a unique holiday experience with an unbeatable value for money. Splash by the pool, relax in the air-conditioned interiors, enjoy a delicious barbecue, walk to the beach, or just suntan under the shining Greek sun: Villa Pangea is the base for a holiday of a lifetime.
Inside, Villa Pangea has been cleverly designed to offer privacy at night and when required, yet spacious common areas for all the guests to dine or enjoy time together. On the ground floor, for example, there is a large fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, sitting areas, shower room for guests) that will be the perfect base for delicious dinners all together. On the ground floor there are also 2 self contained suites each one with double bed (one of them also has an additional single sofa bed), balcony, en-suite shower room and mini kitchenette perfect for preparation of coffee or light meals in total privacy in case guests don't wish to use the larger kitchen. The upper floor of the property is occupied by 4 self-contained maisonettes, all with 2 bedrooms (beds can be joined together to form doubles or separated into singles, according to the guests' preferences), 1 bathroom , private kitchenette and windows or balconies overlooking the lush gardens. The property has therefore a total of 10 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms with shower, and can sleep up to 21 guests in comfort. The interiors are fully air-conditioned (included in the rental price) and the décor is modern, airy, welcoming, perfect for a truly Greek holiday.
The outdoor areas of Villa Pangea are a true heaven. Wide, relaxing, green, peaceful, yet close to the sea: a perfect match! The large private pool measures10m x 6m and is beautifully lit at night. Comfortable sunbeds, parasols, swings and garden chairs are available for the guests to enjoy. The whole villa is surrounded by well tendered gardens with lawn, trees, shrubs and scented flowers, perfect for spending long lazy days sunbathing or relaxing. A poolside kiosk, equipped with brick-built barbecue, bar area and dining table, will be the perfect spot for al-fresco dining. Private gated parking is also available within the premises.
