Beach Villa Marina is a stylish rental property, with lush gardens, private pool, fully air-conditioned and is located in a quiet area between Roda and Acharavi, very close to the beach and local amenities.
Elegantly furnished, it is set within a large and tastefully decorated garden, which ensures total tranquillity and relaxation away from it all. Nevertheless, the lively resorts of Roda and Acharavi are only a couple of kilometers away.
Beach Villa Marina is a two storey house and it consists of two self contained apartments, joined by an exterior stair case. It has been recorded as a really spacious holiday property for a family or party of 8 persons, who can be accommodated in four air-conditioned bedrooms.
Layout
The main entrance, next to the private parking plot, leads into an open plan space on the ground floor, which consists of a living room with access to the lovely front terrace and a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. On its right it has been set a master bedroom with double access to the garden and a modern shower room.
An interior spiral staircase lands on the upper level, which houses a second shower room and a twin bedroom with front balcony overlooking the stunning garden.
On the right hand side of the main entrance is set an exterior staircase, which leads to the second self contained compartment of the villa, on the upper level, next to the pool.
This part of the house consists of a small hallway, a modern shower room, and two bedrooms (one double and one twin), both with balcony doors overlooking the garden.
Pool and Gardens
The large private pool (9 X 5 m) is located on the right hand side of property's lush landscape and it is surrounded by sunny terraces, greenery and flowers. It is sunny most of the day and equipped with all the necessary sunbathing facilities.
In between the pool and the house has been added in a BBQ space, roofed, with a large dining table and - at the back - a small playground for the young occupants, who would prefer to play rather trying their cooking skills.
The Location
Property tenants luckily are just a few steps away from the sandy beach of Roda, or a couple of minutes from the bustling Acharavi, and can enjoy a relaxing holiday in a peaceful environment with idyllic gardens, magnificent pool and all the facilities on their door step.
