This charming village home has been in our family for nearly 100 years. With a population of about 7,000, the peaceful village of Litochoro is nestled at the base of Mount Olympus and just an 8 minute drive to the beach. Whether you are looking for a snowy retreat during the winter, a fun place to stay during the busy and warm summer months, or just simply a place to spend the night before your hike to the top of Mount Olympus, this beautiful village home is the perfect place for you to stay!
As an Airbnb guest at the Litochoro Mountain House, you will have access to the top floor as well as the patio and back courtyard/garden. The first floor will be locked, as this is an unfinished basement. The top floor includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, a full kitchen, a living room, and a dining room. There are three beds, a sofa, and sofa bed. Each bedroom has built-in closets and dressers for all of your belongings. The back patio is a perfect space to sit back and look out at the mountain with a nice glass of wine. The kitchen has all the essential gadgets one needs to cook a delicious meal. Please keep in mind that this home is quite old, so treat it with care! The windows and doors are rather fragile so please do not slam anything during your stay. Overall, this home is truly an authentic Greek mountain home.
