Practicalities
There is secure parking space inside the Villa’s premises for one car • The property is well-equipped with Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector, and a fully equipped kitchen.

*Pool Heating Policy:
-The pool can be heated March-May, October-November and the days with outside temperatures less than 25 °C degrees.
-Water temperature can reach up to approximately 28 °C degrees, depending on the outdoor temperature and prior notice is required.
-The pool needs 24h prior notice, before the arrival, to reach 23 °C and the cost is 40 euros per day.
-In case of rain there won’t be a possibility to use the pool.
