Positive: Overall, aside from a few hiccups, the stay was good. For one night only, it was decent enough. Not the best stay ever, but overall quiet and clean.

Negative: The room had a jacuzzi bath tub but the sink lid was not working properly so one cannot really enjoy the "spa." Also, entering the building was not very easy. They left an envelope with the keys and the code to the building, but it was inside the building. Luckily the restaurant in front told us the code...
