We are located in an excellent position being only 10 kms from Argostoli (the capital)
15 minutes' drive from the airport and 5 minuutes drive from the small village of Spartia with its mini markets, tavern et sandy beach.
A car is really recommended if you wish to explore this varied and wonderful island
Do not just stick to the well-famed names of Myrtos, Platis Gialos and the Xi beach. Do not hesitate to cross a few more kilometres and a new – not that well - known but the same beautiful Kefalonia wlll be revealed to you.
The 3 “single” houses (2 to 3 persons - 50m2 ground floor) offer a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom.
The 2 “double” house (4 to 5 people - 75m2 on two levels) have an extra twin bedroom and bathroom.
The houses are tastefully decorated, comfortable, fully air-conditioned and well equipped: Iron and board, hair dryer. kitchenette with oven & 2 hotplates, refrigerator, freezer, utensils and finally a small terrace with table and chairs.
The property features a large swimming pool surrounded by a large terrace looking out at Mount Ainos National Park The adjoining dining area allow you to enjoy the summer in the shade of olive trees and pleasures of evening barbecue dinners around the pool!
