At our villa you will vacation at a private luxurious location, away from the noise of tourist destinations. Our summer villa is located near the picturesque village of Ágios Nikólaos, one of the largest in Sithonía, the middle Penninsula of Halkidikí. It is located at the center of Sithonía and from there you can easily visit any destination on both the famous west and east coasts of Halkidikí, as well as to many other interesting villages spread around on the waterfront (Vourvouroú, Sárti, Néos Marmarás, Toróni). The spectacular and unobstructed vistas of Panagía Bay, the small island of Diáporos and the towering shadow of the legendary Mount Athos, spiritual center of Orthodox Christianity, combined with the aromas of herbs such as thyme and oregano and rare endemic flowers that are native in the region, will make your stay a vacation you will remember for years to come.
The house has all the necessary amenities that will make your holiday unforgettable. It features idyllic settings, ample comforts, simple luxuries and cozy accommodations. The villa is situated in an area of 2.200sqm, with two other villas located on the same site but at a distance between them that guarantees your privacy. It is fully equipped with all modern amenities and decorated in a most elegant way. There are two bedrooms in a 100sqm setting and it can comfortably accommodate 6 persons.
The ground level features two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single sofa-bed, and the other with two single beds. On the same level there is a bathroom with a shower. On the second level there is a large living room with large windows which includes the dining area, and a spacious balcony overlooking the Panagía Bay and the Mount Athos Penninsula, featuring beautiful sunrises for the early risers. There is a fully-equipped kitchen and a WC.
The house is sunny, cool and safe, with an armored entrance door and secure windows. All bedrooms air-conditioned. This villa is not in front of the pool.
The outdoor (shared) swimming pool has wooden deck chairs for sun bathing and relaxation by the pool, and offers the same unobstructed spectacular vistas. The pool area is surrounded by low flowers and plants and features a large wooden pergola, which covers a fully equipped (shared) BBQ, as well as an outdoor dining area that can accommodate up to 12 people.
It is important to mention that only in the outside area of the property there are cameras which are installed for guests and property safety.
In just a short 5-minute drive, our guests can enjoy sandy organized beaches with crystal clear waters, and the picturesque village of Ágios Nikólaos where you can shop and enjoy delicious meals in traditional taverns. The town of Nikíti is only 6 km away and offers exciting night-life. On the waterfront at Nikíti, there are wonderful taverns with seafood, as well as restaurants for all tastes, and very popular club-bars where people entertain themselves until late at night. Nikíti also features an old town where you can see the traditional architecture of the area and have a drink at its very trendy bars.
