The villa is beautifully decorated and has various outdoor sitting areas, for everyone to relax and chill out.
Left of the entry side up on the road is the parking place for 2 cars. from the gate steps lead down to the property. The steps bring you to the main terrace with ample outside living space. The front door leads you to the living room with open plan kitchen, and a bedroom with bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the level below. Here are 2 big bedrooms and bathrooms, and a study room/ work space, and a big shady terrace along side the whole front of the property.
External steps lead to the lowest level, the pool area, where there is a big playroom with kitchen, and a small junior bedroom with ensuite bathroom, ideal for youngsters who want a bit of privacy. Steps lead down from the property to the path that leads to the beach of Vromolimnos.
A host is always available, but not present. There is a housekeeper who comes in daily from 8.30-15.00 and she takes care of the house, the outside spaces and can help with things like preparing breakfast etc.
This is an amazing property but there are quite a few staircases, making the property unsuitable for people with mobility issues.
