Originally built in 1882 as a prestigious mansion, this villa is situated in the heart of Mykonos Town, just a few steps away from the enchanting Little Venice and the iconic windmills, offering guests the chance to experience the island's vibrant nightlife and exquisite gastronomy just by stepping out the front door. With its own fully grown garden and unobstructed views of the old Mykonos port and sea, tall wooden ceilings and thick rock walls. It is quite rare for a property of this size and location to be available to let.
The villa has been refurbished taking great care to maintain the look and feel of the traditional architecture of the island, whilst still providing modern creature comforts, including double glazed windows.

NB: The property consists of a main house and two independent guest houses classically laid out. The main house has three bedrooms all air-conditioned and the two also have ceiling fans, 1m - traditional built- thick rock walls, 5m high ceilings and netted draft windows. The guest houses are with one bedroom each and are air-conditioned.
