On the ground floor, the visitor will find two bedrooms, with two double beds, measuring 1.80 X 2, a 43-inch Smart TV and a bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor there is still the living room with comfortable sofas and a 65 inch smart TV with Netflix and Disney+, as well as the ultra-modern kitchen, equipped with all the latest electrical appliances, a large work bench can comfortably accommodate the meals of our guests. All areas of the house have direct access to the pool area and a unique view of the Libyan sea.On the first floor is the master bedroom with a double bed measuring 1.80X2, a 43-inch smart T.V. and a bathroom with a shower and you'll also find a 2-person jacuzzi. A large terrace equipped with deckchairs, lounge and outdoor dining area, invites you to relax and enjoy your drink or food, in the company of one of the most impressive sunsets of the island. In the basement of the house there is the last bedroom of the house, with two single beds 0.90 X 2 and a bathroom with a shower, as well as the laundry room. It has its own separate entrance.The house offers you privacy and security with a security door and an alarm.ExteriorThe connection of the interior spaces of the house with its exterior spaces is done with absolute balance and freedom.
