I rent two houses side by side in the Athens region for 12 people in NEA PERAMOS 950 m from the city center, the fishing and sailing port and 950 m from the beach.
Located 27 km from Athens, half an hour from La Plaka and L'Acropole (also accessible by bus and RER) on the Corinth route and 20 minutes from the spa resort of Loutraki with its taverns, restaurants and casinos.
The house was rehabilitated in June 2019 and it consists of four main rooms on 600m² of land.
It consists of a living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. A fully-equipped kitchen. Six bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
All household linen is provided: towels, sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases.
On the spot person available speaking French and Greek for all domestic or other problems.
Possibility to rent a small four-seater car for 25 € per day.
